Ham Appetillas

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Azteca super size flour tortillas
• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 13 c mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp green onion chopped
• 14 c black olives chopped
• 2 to 2 12 oz pkg sliced pressed cooked ham

Directions

1. Remove tortillas from refrigerator
2. Combine cream cheese mayonnaise onions and olives
3. Spread thin layer of mixture on tortilla
4. Arrange four slices of ham over cheese
5. Tightly roll up tortilla
6. Wrap individually in plastic wrap
7. Place in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight
8. To serve cut into 34-inch slices
9. Makes about 64 appetillas
