Ham Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 slices of ham or leftover ham
- 6 potatoes peeled or sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c milk
- 1 c grated medium sharp cheddar cheese
- salt pepper to taste
Directions
- Spray a 9 x 13 dish with vegetable spray
- Layer ham slices on bottom then add potato slices
- Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour over potatoes
- Top with cheese
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Can add Vidalia onion if desired
