Ham Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of ham or leftover ham
  • 6 potatoes peeled or sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 c grated medium sharp cheddar cheese
  • salt pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13 dish with vegetable spray
  2. Layer ham slices on bottom then add potato slices
  3. Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour over potatoes
  4. Top with cheese
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
  6. Can add Vidalia onion if desired
