Ham Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 c. mayonnaise
• 2 c. ground, chopped ham
• 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
• 4 green onions, chopped
• 1/4 tsp. dried mustard
• 1/2 tsp. hot Tabasco
• 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

1. Cream the cream cheese and mayonnaise and add rest of ingredients except pecans.
2. Chill 2 hours, then work into a ball and roll in chopped nuts.
3. Serve with Wheatsworth crackers or Sociables.
