Ham Hocks And Turnip Greens

Ingredients
- 2 lb tender turnip greens
- 1 lb ham hocks or ham bone
- 2 red pepper pods
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
Directions
- Wash greens thoroughly breaking off the tough stems
- Place in pot with all other ingredients
- Cover with boiling water and cook gently for 3 hours
- When done season to taste with salt and pepper
- Drain
