Ham Loaf
Ingredients
- 3 lb ham
- 1 lb pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 small Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 1 c brown sugar
- 8 pineapple rings
- 8 maraschino cherries
Directions
- Grind and mix the ham and pork together
- Add the eggs and stuffing mix mix well
- Mix the melted butter or margarine and 1 cup brown sugar spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish
- Place the pineapple rings in pan with a maraschino cherry in center of each ring
- Top with meat mixture
- Bake for about 1 hour at 350
