Ham Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 c ground cooked ham
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp chili sauce
- 1 c ground carrots
- 1 c milk
- 12 green pepper chopped fine
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- and
- mix
- well
- Shape
- into a loaf and place in loaf pan greased
- Bake in moderate oven at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes
- Serves 6
