Ham Oven Omelet

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs or egg substitute
  • 1 c milk
  • 12 tsp seasoned salt
  • 14 lb thinly sliced ham torn into small pieces
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp instant minced onion

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish
  3. Beat eggs milk and seasoned salt
  4. Add ham
  5. Stir in cheese and onion Pour into prepared dish
  6. Bake uncovered at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown
  7. Serves 4
