Ham Potato Scallop
Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked ham slice or 1 lb ham
- 5 c thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 c milk
- 12 c chopped onion
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- Cut ham in bite-size pieces
- Put half the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole
- Cover with ham pieces
- Place remaining potatoes on top
- Combine soup milk onion green pepper and pepper pour over potatoes
- Dot with margarine
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour remove cover and bake 45 minutes longer or until potatoes are done
- Makes 6 servings
