Ham Potato Scallop

Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked ham slice or 1 lb ham
  • 5 c thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 c milk
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 14 c chopped green pepper
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp margarine

Directions

  1. Cut ham in bite-size pieces
  2. Put half the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole
  3. Cover with ham pieces
  4. Place remaining potatoes on top
  5. Combine soup milk onion green pepper and pepper pour over potatoes
  6. Dot with margarine
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour remove cover and bake 45 minutes longer or until potatoes are done
  8. Makes 6 servings
