Ham Roll Ups

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Worcester sauce
• 14 tsp dry mustard
• 14 tsp paprika
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 12 oz thin sliced ham
• 18 tsp hot sauce
• 1 Tbsp chopped toasted almonds optional

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except ham stirring until well blended
2. Spread 1 Tbsp mixture on each slice of ham
3. Roll up jelly roll fashion starting at short end wrap in plastic wrap may be frozen up to 1 month if needed
4. Put in refrigerator overnight
5. Cut each roll into 34 inch slices
6. Makes approximately 5 dozen
7. A great make ahead item for parties for the holidays
