Ham Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 12 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp ham drippings
- 2 c water
- 12 c brown sugar
- 1 c dark raisins
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 12 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Blend cornstarch mustard and salt into ham drippings
- Add water sugar and raisins
- Cook and stir until clear and slightly thickened
- Blend into vinegar and lemon juice
- Makes 3 cups
