Ham Stuff

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb thin sliced deli ham chopped into pieces
• 5 cloves garlic chopped
• 14 c olive oil
• 12 c Parmesan cheese
• 1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
• 1 lb bow tie pasta

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to directions on box While pasta is cooking in large frying pan heat oil Once oil is ready place garlic in pan Once garlic turns light brown add ham Stir constantly Add Parmesan cheese halfway during the cooking of the ham The ham will be done when it becomes a little crispy usually about 15 minutes
