Ham Tortillas With Picante Mayonnaise

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp picante sauce
• 2 flour tortillas 8-inch warmed
• 4 thin slices ham
• 3 lettuce leaves shredded
• 1 small tomato diced

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a cup combine mayonnaise and picante sauce
3. Spread 12 mixture evenly over each tortilla
4. Top each with two slices of ham
5. Spread remaining sauce evenly over the ham
6. Pile the lettuce and tomato evenly on the sauce
7. Fold and bake for 5 minutes or until sauce bubbles
8. Cool for 1 minute Serves 2
