Hamburg Casserole With Cheesy Buttermilk Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburg
- 12 c sweet peppers chopped
- 12 c celery chopped
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 potatoes sliced
- 12 c milk
- biscuit mix
Directions
- Fry hamburg onion and peppers
- Let cool
- Cook potatoes and celery and add milk and flour cook until creamy
- Place layer of potatoes then layer of hamburg ending with potatoes on top
- Mix biscuit mix buttermilk kind
- Roll biscuit dough out flat and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
- Roll up like jelly roll and cut place on top of potatoes
- Bake at 450 for 10 to 15 minutes
