Hamburg Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

• 1 lb browned hamburg drained
• 2 12 c tomatoes
• 1 c chopped onion
• 1 c cubed potatoes
• 1 c diced carrots
• 12 c diced celery
• 12 tsp dried thyme
• 14 tsp basil
• 3 tsp salt
• dash of pepper
• 1 c shredded cabbage
• 1 12 qt water
• 14 c rice

Directions

1. Brown hamburg drain
2. Bring to boil the vegetables Add the seasoning cabbage and water
3. Bring to a boil again
4. Add the rice
5. Cover and simmer for 1 hour
