Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 cans vegetable soup
- 10 medium potatoes
- 1 c milk
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 pkg Velveeta shredded cheese
Directions
- Put potatoes on to boil
- Brown and drain beef add soup
- When potatoes are tender drain all water
- Add milk and butter mash together
- Layer hamburger soup potatoes then cheese
- Brown in oven
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving
