Hamburger Deluxe

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground round
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 3 hard-cooked eggs chopped
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 lb grated American cheese
• 1 small can tomato sauce
• 24 to 36 rolls or buns

Directions

1. Brown onions and garlic in oil then brown meat and pepper Add tomato sauce cheese eggs and salt cool
2. Store in refrigerator
3. When needed fill rolls and heat in 300 oven for 20 minutes to 12 hour
4. Makes 24 to 36 sandwiches depending on size of buns
