Hamburger Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 c 12 lb hamburger
- 1 c onions cut up
- 1 pt tomatoes
- 1 c grated cheese
- 1 c cooked drained macaroni
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Fry hamburger in fat lightly
- Saute onions in fat
- Pour off some of fat
- Put in tomatoes and simmer about 25 to 30 minutes Combine all ingredients except 14 cup cheese
- Put in casserole and sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake in a moderate oven about 30 minutes not necessary to grate cheese cut in small pieces
