Hamburger Or Sausage Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 unbaked pie crust
• 12 lb ground beef or ground sausage
• 14 c mayonnaise
• 12 c milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 12 c grated cheese Cheddar
• 12 c chopped onion

Directions

1. Brown meat add salt and pepper to taste Blend together mayonnaise milk eggs and cornstarch until smooth Stir in meat cheese and onion Pour into pie crust Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350
