Hamburger PieGrandma Hazel
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 8 oz frozen corn
- 1 16 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 c mashed potatoes
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can French fried onions
Directions
- In a skillet fry ground chuck and onion
- Drain fat
- Add tomato sauce and corn
- Heat on low just until heated thoroughly Place in a 10-inch pie plate
- Add mashed potatoes then top with Cheddar cheese
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven Add French fried onions and return to oven for 10 minutes
