Hamburger Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 12 lb ground beef
- 12 c milk
- 12 c Hellmanns mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 12 c 12 lb grated or chopped cheese Cheddar or Swiss
- 14 c sliced green onions
- dash of pepper
- dash of salt
Directions
- Brown meat drain and set aside
- Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth
- Stir in meat cheese onion pepper and salt
- Turn into pastry shell
- Bake at 350 for 35 or 40 minutes until brown on top and knife in center comes out clean
- Serves 4
