Hamburger QuicheServes 4

Ingredients

• 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
• 12 lite ground chuck
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 12 c milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 13 c chopped onion
• 13 c chopped green pepper
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Brown ground chuck add green pepper and onion
2. Cook until tender drain off fat
3. Mix mayonnaise milk eggs and cornstarch until smooth
4. Add beef cheese and salt
5. Stir until well blended
6. Pour into uncooked pastry shell and bake on cookie sheet at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
7. Its ready when knife inserted in center comes out clean
