Hamburger Round-Up

Ingredients

• 1 lb hamburger meat
• 4 medium potatoes
• seasoning to taste can use seasoning salt
• 1 small onion
• 14 c water

Directions

1. Place meat seasoning onion and water in skillet over low fire
2. Slice potatoes thin and place on top
3. Put lid on skillet and cook until potatoes are done
4. Stir into meat and simmer for 5 minutes
