Hamburger Stew

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 6 potatoes diced
- 6 carrots sliced
- 6 stalks celery sliced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 12 to 1 c any vegetables
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
- You may use any vegetables you have on hand or fresh frozen canned or my favorite leftovers peas green beans corn lima beans okra squash mangoes etc
- Brown the hamburger in a large kettle
- Add potatoes carrots celery onions and all fresh vegetables that must be cooked except tomatoes
- Cook over medium heat about 1 hour
- When vegetables are almost tender add all other ingredients including tomatoes and cook until done usually about 20 minutes more
