Hamburger Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 envelope dry onion soup
- 23 c water
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms
- 1 8 oz container sour cream
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 14 tsp paprika
Directions
- Brown the beef in a skillet
- In a small bowl combine the flour and water
- Add the mixture to the beef along with the soup tomato paste and vinegar
- Bring mixture to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer mixture uncovered for 10 minutes
- Add the mushrooms and sour cream
- Heat through
- Serve over egg noodles
