Hamburger Zucchini Casserole
Ingredients
- 5 medium zucchini chopped
- 34 c onion chopped
- 6 Tbsp oleo melted
- 2 14 c stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 c sour cream
- 1 lb hamburger browned and drained
Directions
- Cook zucchini and onion in boiling water until tender drain In large bowl mix all ingredients using Stove Top dressing mix any flavor dry and seasoning packet
- Bake in a 1 12-quart baking dish at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
