Hanky Pankies

Ingredients
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 12 lb ground beef
- 12 to 34 lb Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 12 tsp basil
- 12 tsp oregano
- 1 pkg cocktail size rye bread
Directions
- Brown meat and drain
- Mix in cheese and spices until cheese is melted
- Spoon meat mixture on bread and broil just until meat browns
- Can be frozen before baking
