Ingredients

• 3 c light brown sugar
• 34 c water
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 egg whites
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until stiff set aside Boil water and brown sugar until it forms a soft ball do not stir Pour a small stream of mixture to the egg whites slowly Cool and then drop onto wax paper
