Hard Rock Candy

Ingredients

• 3 14 c sugar
• 1 c water
• 1 14 c light Karo
• 1 tsp flavor your choice
• 2 or 3 drops food coloring your choice

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except the flavoring and the food coloring in a saucepan
2. Let heat until 300
3. Take off of heat
4. Add coloring and flavoring
5. Have cookie sheet lined with powdered sugar
6. Pour in a sheet and allow to cool
