HardeeS Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 5 c self-rising flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 c buttermilk
- 1 c oil
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in 14 cup warm water
- Set aside
- Mix all other ingredients together and mix yeast mixture in
- Cook at 475
- Use the amount you need
- Dough will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks
- Good to use for fried pies also
