HaroldS Hot As You Can Handle Chili
Ingredients
- 2 to 4 lb ground beef
- 1 can chili hot beans 11 oz
- 2 10 oz cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 4 12 oz cans chopped green chilies
- habanero peppers chopped or sauce 1 oz - 14 c to taste
- 2 c water
- 2 1 14 oz pkgWilliams chili seasoning
Directions
- Brown ground beef then pour off grease
- Add beans and stir until well mixed
- Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and stir
- Add 2 cans chopped green chilies and stir
- Add 2 cups of water and 2 packages of chili seasoning then stir until well mixed
- Bring to a boil then let simmer on low heat for approximately 2 hours
- Add habanero peppers to taste Habanero peppers are extremely hot before simmering
- Cover while simmering
