Harvard Beets

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked beets canned
- 1 12 Tbsp flour or cornstarch
- 13 c vinegar
- 12 tsp salt
- 13 c sugar
- 1 12 Tbsp butter
- pepper to taste
- liquid from beets
Directions
- Mix sugar and flour add vinegar and beet juice
- Cook until thickened
- Add salt and butter and add to beets and heat
