Harvest Bowl Salad

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 14 c sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 23 c whipping cream
- 2 c apples chopped
- 1 c pineapple chunks
- 1 c grapes cut in half
- 2 bananas sliced
- 12 c pecans chopped
- 12 c celery chopped
Directions
- Beat eggs slightly
- Add sugar salt and lemon juice cook until thick in double boiler stirring constantly
- Cool
- Whip the cream and fold into cooled egg mixture
- Combine fruits pecans and celery fold into dressing
- Serves 10
