Harvest Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 2 lb pkg frozen hash browns
- 12 c chopped onions
- 1 16 oz carton sour cream
- 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 c melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 c crushed corn flakes
- 12 c melted butter
Directions
- Mix all but last two ingredients in a large bowl
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Top with crushed corn flakes and melted butter Bake at 350 for 1 hour
