Ingredients

  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 c flour
  • 12 lb crushed hazelnuts

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  2. Add egg yolks flour and hazelnuts
  3. Roll dough into bars about the size of a finger and cut into 3-inch pieces
  4. Brush with a beaten egg and bake in moderate oven 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
