Haselnuss-StangenAustrian

Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 c flour
- 12 lb crushed hazelnuts
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add egg yolks flour and hazelnuts
- Roll dough into bars about the size of a finger and cut into 3-inch pieces
- Brush with a beaten egg and bake in moderate oven 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
