Hasenpfeffer

Ingredients
- 1 rabbit dressed
- 12 c flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp paprika
- cooking oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 1 c sour cream
Directions
- Cut up rabbit into serving size pieces
- Dredge in a mixture of flour salt pepper and paprika
- Brown in hot cooking oil Remove the meat add flour to the pan followed by 1 cup water and the meat onion bay leaf and garlic powder
- Stir cover and simmer until well done
- Stir in the sour cream and heat again but do not boil
