Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit dressed
  • 12 c flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 14 tsp paprika
  • cooking oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 c sour cream

Directions

  1. Cut up rabbit into serving size pieces
  2. Dredge in a mixture of flour salt pepper and paprika
  3. Brown in hot cooking oil Remove the meat add flour to the pan followed by 1 cup water and the meat onion bay leaf and garlic powder
  4. Stir cover and simmer until well done
  5. Stir in the sour cream and heat again but do not boil
