Hash And Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can corned beef hash
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 8 12 oz pkg corn muffin mix
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Mix hash onion and egg together
- Prepare muffin mix as directed on package
- Add salt and cheese
- Spread half the batter in greased 8-inch square or round baking dish
- Spread on hash mixture
- Top with remaining batter
- Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes until corn bread is golden brown
