Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen hash browns thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c sour cream
  • onions optional
  • grated cheese
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

  1. Mix together soups sour cream onions and cheese
  2. Melt butter and pour on top
  3. Bake for 1 hour and take out and sprinkle corn flakes over top slow and bake for 15 minutes longer
  4. Corn flakes optional
