Hash Brown Cheese BakeServes 12 To 15

Ingredients
- 32 oz frozen shredded hash brown potatoes thawed
- 2 10 34 oz cans cream of potato soup undiluted
- 16 oz commercial sour cream
- 2 c 8 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c 4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 34 c finely chopped onions
Directions
- Combine all ingredients stir well
- Spoon into 9 x 13 x 2-inch sprayed baking dish
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
