Hash Brown Delight

Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
- 12 tsp pepper
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c mashed potato chips
- 12 c oleo melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c half and half
Directions
- Grease 9 x 13-inch pan
- Spread potatoes in bottom
- Mix remaining ingredients except potato chips and pour over the hash browns
- Sprinkle chips on top
- Bake at 325 for 45 minutes
