Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
- 12 c melted margarine
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c grated cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl potatoes should be thawed Pour into oiled casserole and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- If topping is desired mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 14 cup margarine and sprinkle on top before baking
- Serves 16
