Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 12 c melted margarine
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c grated cheese

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl potatoes should be thawed Pour into oiled casserole and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  2. If topping is desired mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 14 cup margarine and sprinkle on top before baking
  3. Serves 16
