Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 32 oz pkg hash brown potatoes thawed
- 12 c melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz grated cheese
- 1 8 oz carton sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 12 small onion chopped
- 2 c crushed corn flakes
- 12 c butter melted
Directions
- Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Mix together next 6 ingredients and spoon over potatoes
- Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with butter
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes
- Serves 12
