Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz bag frozen hash browns
  • 12 c butter
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 12 c diced onion
  • 12 pt sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt or less
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Place hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch pan
  2. Melt butter and pour over potatoes
  3. Add salt pepper and onions
  4. Mix soup and sour cream pour over potatoes
  5. Sprinkle with cheese
  6. Top with crushed Ritz crackers about 32 and 14 cup melted margarine Bake at 350 for about 35 to 40 minutes
