Hash Brown Scallop

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz pkg frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
  • 14 c sliced green onion
  • 1 c sharp American cheese shredded
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube

Directions

  1. In a 1 12-quart casserole combine potatoes cheese and onion
  2. Dissolve bouillon cube in 12 cup of boiling water
  3. Pour over potato mixture
  4. Dot with 1 tablespoon margarine
  5. Bake covered in a 350 oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done stirring gently once or twice
  6. If desired top with triangles of cheese and bake until cheese melts
  7. Serves 6
