Hash Brown Scallop

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
- 14 c sliced green onion
- 1 c sharp American cheese shredded
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
Directions
- In a 1 12-quart casserole combine potatoes cheese and onion
- Dissolve bouillon cube in 12 cup of boiling water
- Pour over potato mixture
- Dot with 1 tablespoon margarine
- Bake covered in a 350 oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done stirring gently once or twice
- If desired top with triangles of cheese and bake until cheese melts
- Serves 6
