Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • 1 34 sticks margarine
  • 1 2 lb pkg frozen hash browns
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8 oz pkg shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 to 3 c crushed corn flakes

Directions

  1. Layer 34 stick of margarine hash browns onion sour cream and chicken soup mixed together and cheese
  2. Toss the corn flakes with 1 stick of margarine and use for top layer
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
