Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 1 34 sticks margarine
- 1 2 lb pkg frozen hash browns
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 8 oz pkg shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 to 3 c crushed corn flakes
Directions
- Layer 34 stick of margarine hash browns onion sour cream and chicken soup mixed together and cheese
- Toss the corn flakes with 1 stick of margarine and use for top layer
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
