Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz pkg thawed hash browns
  • 34 c butter
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • 2 c crushed corn flakes

Directions

  1. Mix potatoes 12 cup butter onion soup sour cream and cheese
  2. Put in greased casserole
  3. Crush cereal and stir in 14 cup butter melted
  4. Sprinkle over potatoes
  5. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
