Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 2-lb bag frozen hashbrowns thawed
  • 12 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 12 cup fresh green onions chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cup corn flakes crushed
  • 14 cup butter melted

Directions

  1. Mix everything except corn flakes and 14 cup butter
  2. Place in buttered casserole dish
  3. Mix corn flakes and butter
  4. Spread over hashbrown mixture
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
