Hawaiian Baked Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 16 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- 12 c lite soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 14 tsp ginger
Directions
- Skin and wash chicken breasts
- Pat dry
- Place in a shallow pan
- Mix pineapple juice soy sauce oil and ginger
- Cover chicken with marinade and cover
- Refrigerate for 8 hours turn pieces over once
- Preheat oven to 350
- Pour off marinade reserving liquid
- Bake chicken for 20 minutes baste every 10 minutes
- Turn chicken pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes
- Continue to baste every 10 minutes until chicken is done
- Serves 4
