Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 34 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 2 c mashed bananas
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine first five ingredients
- Stir in pecans
- Combine remaining ingredients and add to flour mixture stirring until dry ingredients are moistened
- Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8 12 x 4 12 x 3-inch loaf pans
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes
- Cool in pan 10 minutes and remove and leave on wire racks
