Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 18 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 8 oz can chunk pineapple
  • 1 c catsup
  • 12 c vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together for marinade
  2. Place chicken pieces in single layer in shallow baking pan 12 to 15 pieces Pour marinade over chicken
  3. Marinate 4 to 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator
  4. Bake at 325 for 1 12 to 2 hours
  5. Turn once and baste with sauce
  6. Serve sauce over rice
  7. Serves 6 to 8
