Hawaiian Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 chole chicken breasts skinned and boned
- 1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple
- 1 can 8 oz sliced water chestnuts
- 14 c soy sauce
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 T instant minced onion
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 14 tsp ginger
- 14 tsp molasses
Directions
- Arrange chicken breasts in 1 12 qt microwave-proof casserole
- Combine remaining ingredients blend well
- Pour over chicken
- Cover with plastic wrap
- Cook on High 10 minutes Rearrange chicken
- Cover and cook on High 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is tender
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving
- 2 - 4 servings
