Hawaiian Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz chicken breast
- 14 c soy sauce
- 12 c crushed pineapple or slices
- 12 bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar substitute
Directions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce
- Place chicken in baking dish Sprinkle with brown sugar substitute
- Pour remaining soy sauce over chicken
- Bake uncovered for 12 hour at 350
- Uncover and add bell pepper and pineapple
- Bake 12 hour longer
- Serves 1
