Hawaiian Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 20 cans crushed pineapple
  • 2 c white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 2 c powdered sugar
  • 12 c butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Do not drain the pineapple
  2. Mix flour pineapple sugar eggs nuts and baking soda well Pour into a prepared 9 x 13-inch pan
  3. Bake in a 350 oven for 35 to 45 minutes
  4. Mix the powdered sugar butter cream cheese and vanilla
  5. Beat until smooth Spread immediately over hot cake and let cool
