Hawaiian Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 12 c sugar
- 1 c rich milk or cream
- 1 small can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 c pecans
- few drops green food coloring
Directions
- Combine sugar milk or cream and well drained pineapple Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until mixture reaches the soft ball stage Remove from heat and add pecans and coloring Let cool slightly and then beat until creamy
- Pour into a greased loaf pan
- Cool and cut into squares
- Yields 18 squares
